a) To safeguard, promote and develop the professional and economic interests and socio-cultural values and standards of living of Bangladeshi caterers and others Bangladeshis concerned in the business of catering in United Kingdom .

b) To encourage Bangladeshis in the proper and productive utilization of their earnings both in United Kingdom and in Bangladesh .

c) To consider all questions affecting such values and standards aforesaid, and any legislation bylaws or regulations affecting the same and to initiate support or oppose such legislation or regulations either by petition, public meetings or otherwise.

d) To undertake or assist legally in the settlement of disputes arising out of or in connection with the aforesaid interest.

e) To establish subsidies, promote co-operate or amalgamate with, affiliate or become affiliated to act as trustees or agents for, or manage or lend money or afford other assistance to any association (corporate or unincorporated) with the objects wholly or in part similar to these objects or any of them, providing such association is prohibited by its constitution from paying or distributing any dividend or profit to its members to an extent at least as great as is imposed by the constitution of this Association.

f) To relieve gratuitously by means of pecuniary or other assistance necessitous to Bangladeshi caterers, their widows, children and immediate relatives, dependents upon them, provided that such persons shall not at the times of receiving such relief be members of this Association. 

g) To apply for and obtain any legal rights concerns and privileges from and to enter into any arrangements that may seem directly or indirectly conducive to the objects of this Association with any authorities supreme local or otherwise.
